These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nadiya Shah, Synchronicity College, Synchronicity University and Synchronicity Publications.

If you choose to use any of the services offered through these websites, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. PAYMENT AND BILLING
RECURRING BILLING
By creating an account and providing a Payment Method, you agree to pay the Membership Fee every month. The Payment Processor will charge the Membership Fee to your Payment Method on the same date of your Membership purchase. After that, the Membership Fee will be charged to your Payment Method by the Payment Processor on a recurring basis, every month.
PRICING AND CURRENCY
All prices for products and services offered by Nadiya Shah, Synchronicity College, Synchronicity University and Synchronicity Publications, are listed in United States Dollars (USD). This pricing strategy ensures our prices remain stable and affordable for all customers, regardless of currency changes.
MEMBERSHIP PRICE OR BENEFIT CHANGES
We may change the price or benefits for a Membership at any time. We will communicate any price or benefits changes to you via email.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY MEMBERSHIPS; NOR DO WE PROVIDE CREDITS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED.
SYNCHRONICITY COLLEGE/SYNCHRONICITY UNIVERSITY/ NADIYA SHAH DIGITAL PRODUCTS (CLASSES, SPECIAL HOROSCOPES, ETC.)
Products you purchase digitally at synchronicitycollege.com, synchronicityuniversity.com and nadiyashah.com are non-refundable.
Since our digital products available for sale are intangible, there is a strict NO REFUND policy.
Delivery of Purchased Digital Products
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact us at contact@nadiyashah.com or info@synchronicityuniversity.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
We may offer refunds, discounts or other considerations, only as a courtesy. However, each circumstance will be uniquely evaluated and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

DOWNLOADS
Downloading ALL Content at NadiyaShah.com, Synchronicity College, Synchronicity University & Synchronicity Publications is forbidden, unless these are classes your purchased or signed up to at Synchronicity College or Synchronicity University.
If you signed up to Synchronicity College or Synchronicity University classes make sure you download the Content of your classes within 3 months. Once this time has passed, you may not be able to find the links to download the classes. Access to these download links is only as part of your purchase. You don't have the right to distribute or sell these links.
ADVERTISEMENT
Nadiya Shah and her affiliates may show third-party advertisers, products or services through any of her websites. Nadiya Shah, her affiliates and employees will not take responsibility for any such third-party advertisers, products or services. Any interactions you may have with an advertiser will be between you and such advertiser. By subscribing to Nadiya Shah's Newsletter service, you acknowledge that we can send you emails, push notifications or other electronic service communications about your account. You also consent to receive electronic promotional messages, offers, surveys, and other materials. You understand that emails may be generated by automatic senders, such like Mail-chimp. Agreeing to receive these promotional emails is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If at any time you no longer want to receive promotional communications, you can opt out by either:

GIVEAWAYS ELIGIBILITY
Giveaways will be open to people of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state or Province of residence. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win our Giveaways: current or former employees and contractors of Nadiya Shah and Synchronicity College, Synchronicity University, and anyone involved in the administration of the Giveaway, and any member of the immediate family (i.e., a parent, sibling, child or grandchild) or household of any of the foregoing individuals.
GIVEAWAYS PERIOD
Each Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times as specified on the Giveaway Social Media Posts, Website and Newsletters (the “Giveaway Entry Period”). Entries will only be accepted during the Giveaway Entry Period.
PRIZES
Prizes shall be as stated on the Giveaway Social Media Posts, Website and Newsletters. No cash substitutions are permitted WHATSOEVER. Prizes are non transferable.
Online readings shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each astrologer, and will be booked at each astrologer's discretion and schedule availability.
For book copies or deliverable items, the winners will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses including, but not limited to, shipping costs, customs fees, income taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize.
Each prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. Prizes CAN'T BE TRANSFERRED, REASSIGNED, or REDEEMED FOR CASH. Nadiya Shah, Synchronicity University and Synchronicity College reserve the right to substitute a prize with another equal or similar to the value of the original place when setting up the Giveaway.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nadiya Shah, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, employees and members of all of the foregoing, from and against all third party claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from your actual or alleged breach of these Terms.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Our Assistance Team can resolve most customer concerns quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. Please contact our team at contact@nadiyashah.com for any disputes.
In the unlikely event that we can't resolve a dispute, we each agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, CANADA without regard to conflict of law principles. We and you each irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario, CANADA.
FORCE MAJEURE
Nadiya Shah, her affiliates and employees shall not have any liability to you by reason of any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if the delay or failure to perform is occasioned by force majeure, which shall refer to any act of God, storm, fire, casualty, unanticipated work stoppage, power outage, server failure, strike, lockout, labor dispute, civil disturbance, riot, war, public health emergency, epidemic, pandemic or national emergency, Governmental action, or other cause beyond our control.
IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to modify these Terms or change any part of the Platform at any time.
By continuing to use Nadiya Shah's websites and Platforms after carefully reading these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and in the case of any purchased products, services or memberships through her platforms, your decision not to cancel your Membership before it renews or within any relevant notice period, means THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND TO ALL THESE TERMS.
